The Book of Proverbs which most uniquely represents all characteristics of "The Wisdom Literature" in the Bible is here presented for the first time in two categories: 1) The Proverbs are arranged by topic, 2) The complex text of The Book of Proverbs, is offered in a new and modern translation with a resume preceding each chapter. The message of the book is emplified by its chapter headings: On Man Himself, On Man and Man, On Man and God, and Selected Quatrains in Modern Idiom.
